On December 7, 2016, a round table discussion was held on the topic “Prospects for the interaction of AKOTECH Association members with leading enterprises of the European Ceramic Cluster of France”. The event was attended by representatives of leading enterprises of the European Ceramic Cluster of France, representatives of the agglomeration administrations of Montpellier and Limousin, representatives of innovative enterprises of the city of Obninsk, as well as leading and dynamically developing enterprises of the Kaluga Region, including small innovative enterprises, development institutions of the Kaluga region, as well as young scientists.

In 2015, in Limoges, Limousin Province, a tripartite cooperation agreement was signed between the Agency for Innovative Development of the Kaluga Region, the European Ceramic Cluster and the AKOTECH Association.

The round table was organized in order to discuss the results of the developed areas of cooperation between the AKOTECH Association and the European Ceramic Cluster of Limoges.

During the round table, the parties formulated the main mutually beneficial areas of cooperation, namely the creation of the Regional Ceramics Center, advanced training of enterprise specialists, the creation of joint projects in the educational and educational fields, the activities for the mutual promotion of existing products in the markets of Russia and France, joint research and development , creation of the Franco-Russian technical committee.

Work within the framework of the tripartite agreement gives the AKOTECH Association enterprises new unique opportunities - the international level of innovative projects in the field of education, commercialization of developments, and joint research work. Such international cooperation promotes not only a mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge, but also significantly enhances the competitiveness of enterprises in the foreign market of high-tech products.
