On March 1, 2019 on the basis of the IATE NRNU MEPhI, a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the AKOTECH Association was held, at which the participants discussed the possibility of cooperation and submitting a joint application to the Interagency Integrated Targeted Program (ICCP) «Arctic Technologies»

According to the results scientific and technical council decided to create cooperation consisting of: Russian Engineering Research and Development Bureau LLC, MYS CJSC, Composite-PRO LLC, and ONPP Technologiya named after A.G. Romashina ", IATE NRNU MEPhI, PJSC" Instrument Plant "Signal", NP "Kaluga Laser Innovation and Technology Center". The areas of responsibility of each of the participants in the cooperation were discussed, the task of which at the moment is to assess the existing competencies, work out and submit proposals as part of the application.

Now the practical development of the Arctic space and the use of their raw materials, logistics and defense potential with maximum efficiency are the priority tasks of the Russian Federation.
