The partners intend to join forces in the development and production of high-tech innovative products and their subsequent commercialization.

“Each of the signatory parties has its undeniable advantages. However, the consolidation of efforts in the field of research, production and marketing can provide a synergistic effect, significantly strengthening the position of enterprises belonging to the clusters, both in the domestic and international markets, ”said O. Komissar, Director General of ONPP Technologiya.

The Kaluga side has a strong position in the field of research, development and technological work for the aerospace industry, as well as in the field of legal and financial support for innovative projects. And the competence center operating in the Altai Territory is focused on increasing the volume of production and consumption of innovative products in the region and on developing a system of training and professional development of specialists.

In the near future, the parties to the Agreement will organize a working group to develop mechanisms for interaction between the parties.
