The inclusion of leading research and educational organizations in the Cluster will give AKOTECH participants a number of preferences. So, MSTU them. N.E. Bauman plans to open a department for training specialists for composite production. Thus, the production will receive qualified specialists, and the university will solve the problem of employment of graduates. During the training period, students will have the opportunity to take an internship at the enterprises of the Cluster, acquiring the necessary practical skills.

The presence of two organizations with the status of a state scientific center of the Russian Federation and a recognized leader in the field of training professionals for high-tech production can significantly increase the competitive advantages of the Association’s participants, ”said Director General O. Komissar.

As part of the agenda, the meeting participants heard information from AKOTECH Executive Director O. Koval on the implementation of decisions taken at previous meetings, and discussed options for the participation of Cluster members in the international exhibitions MAKS-2015 and Aviataion Expo China - 2015.

“The investment climate prevailing in the Kaluga region contributes not only to the dynamic development of innovative production, but also to long-term planning. It is for this reason that the issues of training qualified personnel and conducting advanced applied research are of considerable interest to our Cluster members, ”said A.
